Are you looking for someone who can put an encouraging emphasis on the part of you that knows you want to live a healthier life but you haven't done the follow through to make it all happen? Dr. Becky is that person. She has an enormous amount of knowledge regarding diet, meditation, and healthy habits. She's so supportive and empathetic. There are little lies I tell myself in terms of eating too many treats and not getting enough sleep - "I worked hard, I deserve this sweet treat" or "I helped others all day, I'll stay up late as it's my only time for me." Dr. Becky helped me reframe my impulses and justifications for greater health which truly is its own reward. I'm 45 and I like to think the 75 year old future me is happy about these steps. It has taken some time but my brain is remapping and the sweets aren't as appetizing any more. Having more energy to be fully present with my family and my work during the day is a treasure. With Dr. Becky's help, I don't blame myself when I slip up. I just say "try again tomorrow" and move on. She is an amazing resource. ~Amy
